Anne-Rose invites you to her table to sample a regional cuisine with delicate wild flavours: lavender cake, baeckeoffe with Bishop's weed, guinea fowl breast with thyme flowers, rhubarb and angelica tarts, crème brûlée with elderflowers, acacia flower fritters...
Not forgetting the more traditional dishes such as Alsace's famous sauerkraut !

Anne-Rose prepares all of these dishes with ingredients from the garden and local organic farmers. The Auberge offers an opportunity to discover new flavours, in a friendly, convivial atmosphere. And since gastronomy is an integral part of Alsace culture, your hostess is always delighted to come out of the kitchen and talk about the history of the dishes and the region, or to reveal the secrets of her best recipes...

The Table d'hôte of Anne Rose is reserved for guests of the Hotel or open on reservation It is closed from Monday to Friday night, but we are at your disposal to show you good tables that we have tested for you.

  • Single menu at 28 € (reduced rate for children - 12 YEARS) including starter + main course + farm cheeses + dessert., Possibility without cheese 25 Euros or in detail (to be specified if possible on arrival)
